"Peace of mind. Pema had been highly recommended to me, so I didn't hesitate to call them when I noticed that a neighbor's tree had cracked, and was about to fall on my roof. Although I phoned late on a Friday afternoon, a representative came early the next morning, quoted a perfectly reasonable estimate, and scheduled a day to trim the tree (and many limbs) off of my property line. Today was that day. The crew was fabulous. They showed up on time, were professional but friendly, knowledgable, and extremely efficient.
